City Net is a local Non-profit org in Fullerton that does Homelessness prevention and outreach in North Orange County.
Program Start Date: July 19, 2020
Program Duration: 120 days
Location: A local temporary motel conversion effort
Who the Program Serves: Up to 50 participants who are experiencing homelessness in Fullerton and/or La Habra, over the age of 18. Its objective is to reach those most susceptible to COVID-19 due to age and vulnerabilities to the virus.
Referral Process: La Habra Police Department, Fullerton Police Department and City Net
Details: Throughout the course of the next few months, we will be operating a program that will provide a safe place for those qualified to quarantine with 3 meals a day, 7 days a week and 24/7 staff on-site. Additionally, we will work with the individuals to incorporate long-term housing plans with those desiring to do so.

Assemble Hygiene Kits, the motel will provide the basics, however, hygiene kits are super helpful to utilize during the intake process and are a constant need. We could use a couple hundred prepared kits to last the 3-4 months across this project and street-outreach efforts in La Habra and Fullerton.

We need individuals or groups to assemble these Hygiene kits.

To coordinate your kit(s) drop-off email GetInvolved@citynet.org.
